- I brought a US Robotics modem from a US mail-order Company 6 months
- ago. I had a problem with the modem one month ago and I am trying to
- return the modem to USR in U.S.A. for repairs.
-
- I filled in the repair form and emailed it to USR two weeks ago but
- they stilll have not given me the RMA number. I wonder if USR
- will give the same reply ' We don't support domestic modems taken
- out of the country'. I personally brought my USR modem to the
- authorities for testing and approval.
-
- Does anyone have any experience on returning USR "Domestic" modems
- to USR?
